The PRDC, Inc. was organized in January 2001 by a group of Certified Personologists who wanted to continue the work of Edward V. Jones and Robert Whiteside. Only Personology Courses taught by a
“recognized PRDC, Inc. teacher or trainer” shall include Certification by
the PRDC, Inc. Currently our training manuals are obtained from the
Personology Institute, however, our policies and standards for record
keeping and training are more stringent and comprehensive than those of the
Institute.
As a non-profit organization, we seek to broaden the scope of personology and engage in additional research and development. Much of the current data is over fifty years old and we seek to update it and incorporate the many technical aids that are available today.
The basics of the JWB personology techniques and methods were developed by
the Personology Institute and its predecessors. All officers of the PRDC,
Inc. are encouraged to affiliate with the Personology Institute of San
Diego, CA.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to elevate structure/function personology, through research
and development, toward more recognition and acceptance as a practical
convenient tool for self-unfoldment and positive expression.
Purpose
Our purpose is to develop practical applicable tools for people to use to
understand and direct their own personalities as well as a guide for
identifying with and responding positively to others, thereby improving the
quality of life both individually and collectively.
Objectives

- Create computer programs for the creation of profiles and measurements

History
As a fledgling business, we have little history as of yet. In January 2001 we incorporated and have just created this website to help us with our work.
Description of the Business
Our business is to research and develop and promote JWB Personology and to refine the old and create new ways for all people who want to use it. We want to make JWB Personology popular and user friendly. We want our craft and profession to be accurate and scientifically validated.
Target Markets
Our markets are anyone who interacts with other people; parents, employers, employees, teachers, coaches, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, counselors, law enforcement officers, judges, attorneys, politicians, ministers, managers, doctors, nurses, massage therapists, physical therapists, instructors, tutors, mentors, volunteers, etc.

Objectives and Goals
Our goal is to elevate JWB Personology to its rightful status as an accepted and accurate tool for understanding and using one's innate personality. In other words, a tool to augment the unfoldment of an individual's true loving spirit!
